-29-15 days: 30% penalty
-14-2 days: 50% penalty
-2 days: 100% penalty

Groups:

-Before 60 days: 10€ penalty
-60-30 days: 25% penalty
-29-15 days: 50% penalty
-14-2 days: 75% penalty
-2 days: 100% penalty
